Jonathan Mandl, an ACT Cub Scout Leader, won the Silver 2nd Prize for the 5th Asia-Pacific Region Scout Photo Contest 2007. His winning photo was called : Deep Underground Investiture. This was a great achievement by Jonathan in light of the fact that Scouts Australia received 120 entries excluding overseas entries.  |
